Our packaging is made from 100% post-consumer recycled material. Contrary to traditional packaging, our recycled poly mailers require less oil to produce and result in reduced carbon emissions.
To eliminate excess waste, we produce only a limited quantity of products for our seasonal collections. Once they're sold out, they're gone.
Items from our Essentials Collection are available at all times.
If you are purchasing from a limited-edition collection, we recommend ordering a size up if in between sizes. For more information about sizing, see our sizing chart.

Aligned with our Zero-Waste Initiative, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our limited-edition collections.
However, we DO offer returns & exchanges for products from the Essentials Collection. These are our staple products and we always carry stock. If you'd like to return or exchange a purchase from the Essentials Collection, please contact us at hello@kealoha.co using the email address that you used for the purchase and we will begin processing your return/exchange within 24-48 hours.

You'll receive your order via USPS within 2-5 days of purchase.
We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with your tracking number.
To cancel or change your order, email hello@kealoha.co with your order number and your request ASAP. If your order has already shipped when you submit the cancel/change request, we kindly ask that you wait to receive your package before submitting a request.
For pre-orders, please email us at hello@kealoha.co if you would like to cancel or change your order. For limited-edition collections, please contact us ASAP before the collection ends so that we can properly process your request. If you submit a request after the collection ends, we cannot guarantee that your request will be honored.
