The Black Straight-Leg Sweatpants split the difference between sweatpants and real pants, fitted through the hip and seat and falling in a clean, straight line to the ankle instead of tapering into a jogger cuff. They're built from GOTS-certified organic cotton, grown without the synthetic pesticides that conventional cotton farming relies on at scale; conventional cotton occupies about 2.5% of the world's farmland yet accounts for nearly 16% of global insecticide use. Choosing organic cotton for a piece this substantial means backing cleaner soil and safer growing conditions with every yard of fabric. The weight and hand of the fleece are soft against skin, breathable enough to prevent overheating indoors, and sturdy enough to hold the straight-leg shape wash after wash instead of bagging out at the knee.
