Fit & Sizing

The Sage Lined Training Shorts runs true to size with the same 3-inch inseam as our Running Shorts, with a built-in compression liner for extra coverage. Sizes Small through XXL.

Fabric & Care

Made from a lightweight organic cotton and spandex jersey blend, independently verified free of PFAS and formaldehyde. Machine wash cold and hang to dry.

Shipping & Returns

We offer standard returns and exchanges on the Sage Lined Training Shorts: unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@kealoha.co to start a return. Machine wash cold and hang to dry, since high heat is what shortens the life of any stretch fabric fastest.

Cause Behind This Piece

10% of every Sage Lined Training Shorts purchase funds ocean conservation. We're still finalizing which specific nonprofit this style will support, and we'll say so directly on this page the moment it's decided, the same way we do for every KeAloha piece. We'd rather tell you what we don't know yet than make something up.

Sage Lined Training Shorts are built for the slower side of training — mat work, mobility flows, walking meditations, or a warm-up that eases you into the rest of your day. The muted green sits easy on the eyes and the body: a 3-inch inseam that doesn't restrict a deep hip stretch, plus a built-in liner so you can move from downward dog to a coffee run without changing. It's the short that makes recovery days feel just as intentional as heavy ones.

The fabric is GOTS-certified organic cotton, grown without the synthetic pesticides conventional cotton depends on — pesticides that conventional cotton alone accounts for nearly 16% of global use despite covering only about 2.5% of farmland. Organic growing methods mean a calmer footprint from field to finish, and a fabric hand that feels notably softer and more breathable against skin during long, low-impact sessions. The liner is sewn in for coverage without added bulk, and every stage of production sticks to non-toxic, planet-friendly standards.

Machine wash cold and hang dry to keep the color from dulling and the liner from losing shape. True to every KeAloha piece, 10% of this sale supports ocean and wildlife conservation.
