The Sand Racerback Tank is made from organic cotton and spandex. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides, unlike conventional cotton, which covers about 2.5% of the world's farmland but accounts for roughly 16% of global insecticide use. The fabric is GOTS certified, verifying organic fiber content and restricting hazardous chemicals, bleaches, and dyes across the entire production process.

Sand has that sun-warmed, low-key neutral quality that makes the Sand Racerback Tank feel like it belongs as much on a beach run as it does on the gym floor. The fitted racerback cut keeps the fabric snug and out of the way through every stride and stretch, with an open-shoulder construction that lets your arms move freely through overhead work without the straps sliding or digging in.
The tank is knit from a blend of organic cotton and spandex, chosen to deliver natural cotton softness alongside the stretch and recovery a fitted, active piece needs. The cotton itself is GOTS-certified organic, grown without the synthetic pesticides that conventional cotton farming leans on so heavily — a crop that takes up only around 2.5% of the world's farmland but is responsible for close to 16% of global insecticide use. Growing it organically breaks that imbalance, which shows up as a softer hand-feel against your skin and a tank that resists losing its shape even after regular training and washing.
